GfK has promoted Eric Wagatha to the role of Head of its Consumer Life team in North America.GfK Consumer Life draws on more than 45 years of research - including the Roper Reports study series - to uncover trends shaping consumer preferences and behavior. Wagatha (pictured), who joined GfK in 2010, most recently led Consumer Life's Western US and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to this, he spent eighteen years in the ad industry, at Doner, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy & Mather and Foote, Cone & Belding.
In his new role, Wagatha will have full oversight of client service, product development, and thought leadership.
