In the UK, customer data and intelligence provider ResearchBods has appointed Emily Rutter as Client Services Director.Leeds-based ResearchBods offers three main solutions: insight communities, access panels and experience and journey programmes. In April, the firm partnered with specialist data and analytics agencies Bonamy Finch and start-up LiFE, to create a new group called STRAT7, which aims to help businesses and brands extract new customer insights and interpret them to create 'data driven' strategies.
Rutter (pictured) joins with sixteen years' agency experience, most recently gained as Client Services Director at full service marketing agency Ponderosa, before which, she held the same title at shopper and consumer behaviour marketing specialist Savvy. Earlier, she worked in director-level roles at marketing agency CreativeRace; creatively-driven agency Intermarketing; and sales and marketing strategist Golley Slater.
In her new position, Rutter will focus on leading and developing the client services team, with responsibility for client service-levels. Director and co-founder Robin Hilton comments: 'As we enter into a new and exciting stage of our journey as part of the STRAT7 group we wanted to appoint an experienced agency professional to head up our client services team. Emily is results-driven with a passion for excellence and I'm confident she'll continue to build on the success of our growing client portfolio.'
