Leeds, UK-based full service agency Gusto Research has appointed Martin Reed as Research Director, and promoted Heather Thorpe to Associate Director.Working with clients in the finance, media and consumer sectors, Gusto offers a range of services for innovation and product development, customer experience tracking, communication and branding, statistical modelling and category management. Reed (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' agency experience, focused on the financial services sector, at companies including RDSi, KPMG Nunwood, McCallum Layton and most recently 6S Research.
In his new role, he will work with the Qualitative team to develop relationships, particularly with financial services clients in the UK. MD and owner Ian Rowlands comments: 'Martin is a really experienced and respected qualitative insight professional. His expertise and background in financial services research will be a real asset to the business'.
Separately, Thorpe becomes an AD after nearly two years with the company. She previously served as a Senior Research Manager at Principles Research & Strategy; Research Manager at McCallum Layton; and SRE at Phoenix Research.
