Insight and analytics company MESH Experience has hired Bharat Parmar for the newly created role of Managing Director of EMEA, working with the team in London to extend the firm's UK Retail Banking Study to other verticals such as insurance and payment services.MESH Experience, which also has offices in New York and Sao Paulo, collects and analyses data on what people experience about a brand, including all paid, owned, and earned touchpoints. Last year, the company launched its first annual 'experience landscape report' for the retail banking sector.
Bharat (pictured) joins with a background of Board-level positions in UK ad agency groups. He was previously MD of Genco Male Emporium, prior to which he was a founding partner of Woo Communications (which became part of the Engine Group), and Business Director of direct marketing agency Claydon Heeley.
