In London, Neil Frackiewicz has been promoted to Head of Retail UK, effective from 1st September. He takes over from Michael McLaughlin, who moves up to Head of Retail Europe.Frackiewicz (pictured) joined GfK in Sydney, Australia more than fifteen years ago as an Account Manager on the IT Panel. More recently, he served as Senior Account Director for a number of high profile brands and retailers. He takes over from McLaughlin, who has been with GfK in a number of roles for more than a decade.
In his new position, Frackiewicz is tasked with ensuring that GfK's reporting services are delivering value to retailers, while supporting the firm's understanding of each client's unique characteristics, challenges and insight needs. Anthony Norman, Commercial Director UK, comments: 'Neil's unique experience in developing real partnerships and trust with clients is perfectly matched to our experienced and competitive UK market. He will be instrumental in deepening our individual client relationships to deliver service excellence'.
