Survey software firm Confirmit has appointed customer experience practitioner Andrew Farries as Director of CX Consulting, based in it Sydney, Australia office.Confirmit, which is headquartered in Norway with additional offices in the UK, Russia, Canada and Australia, offers a wide range of software products for customer experience, voice of the employee and market research. Farries (pictured) joins from CX agency Yell Creative, where he served as Head of Customer Strategy. Prior to this, he spent five years at National Australia Bank (NAB), leading a team which developed customer engagement and customer experience propositions to support the bank's customer transformation agenda. Earlier, he was an Insights Analyst for the Commonwealth Bank; before joining AMP as Customer Insights Manager; Singtel Optus as Market Research & Business Intelligence Manger; and MLC Australia as Senior Marketing Manager, Brand, Insight & Customer Intelligence.
