UK-based 'human understanding agency' Walnut Unlimited has appointed Becky Miles as a Research Director in its retail team.Parent company The Unlimited Group combined four existing insight businesses - ICM Unlimited, ICM Direct, Marketing Sciences Unlimited and neuroscience consultancy Walnut unlimited into one agency in November 2017, keeping the Walnut Unlimited name for the new entity. The agency boasts specialisms in neuroscience, behavioural psychology and economics, and works across retail and customer experience, technology, financial, FMCG, brand and communications.
Miles worked for four years at Millward Brown in Client Exec and Client Manager roles, then three at Kokoro Global (formerly ABA Research), as an RM, AD and latterly CX Insight Lead. In her new position, reporting to Head of Retail and Shopper Deborah Hall, she will work on integrating Walnut's human understanding offering into retail shopper and customer experience research.
Hall says of the new arrival: 'Becky's experience in shopper research and customer experience will be an invaluable addition to the team and the overall retail offering at Walnut Unlimited. We're excited to see how Becky can blend our existing human understanding model with robust shopper and CX research techniques'.
