In the US, full-service ad and brand research specialist Phoenix Marketing International (Phoenix MI) has appointed long-time Ipsos exec Caryn Brouwer as Senior Vice President of Client Services, based in its NYC office.Founded in 1999, the company now boasts more than 400 employees across seven offices in the US, plus Hamburg, London, Shanghai and Mexico City. Last year, it acquired Nielsen's TV Brand Effect (TVBE) assets, making it one of the country's largest ad and brand performance measurement firms.
Brouwer (pictured) joins after more than fourteen years at Ipsos, where she held a variety of leadership roles in strategic brand and communications research. She began her career as a Market Research Analyst at Castrol, before joining Nielsen as an Account Executive.
In her new role, Brouwer will work closely with the Phoenix MI leadership team, to drive growth of the company's advertising, brand, customer experience and marketing consulting capabilities. Company President Martha Rea comments: 'Caryn's plethora of knowledge, relationships, and consultative skill set she brings to Phoenix will only increase and enhance the insights we bring to our clients as we continue our upward growth trajectory'.
