In the US, conversation and revenue intelligence platform Gong has appointed Sandi Kochhar as Chief People Officer and Tim Riitters as CFO, while Udi Ledergor is promoted from VP of Marketing to Chief Marketing Officer.San Francisco-based Gong has developed the 'Revenue Intelligence Platform', designed to capture and understand every customer interaction across all relevant channels, use artificial intelligence to understand the context of these interactions, and then deliver insights at scale. The firm says the three appointments put plans in place to continue its internal growth, while also strengthening its leadership within the industry.
Kochhar joins after almost two decades in the field of human relations and operations. During her career, she has served in leadership roles with Ripple, AppDirect and Atlassian, and her new role involves fostering and growing company culture, and promoting an environment of inclusion and diversity. Riitters previously held leadership roles at Google, Siebel Systems, and most recently Pure Storage where he served as CFO. Ledergor, who has more than twenty years' product and marketing experience, joined in 2016, having previously held leadership roles at Panaya and Sarine Technologies.
CEO and co-founder Amit Bendov comments: 'We are preparing the company for its next phase of growth. I've had the good fortune of working with and knowing Udi, Sandi and Tim for some time. Their additions to our C-suite team cannot be overstated and I'm excited they've all come aboard as we chart a new future in the revenue intelligence industry together'.
