In New York, customer experience company Hero Digital has hired Arun Kumar as Senior Vice President, Data & Insights.Kumar (pictured) joins from WPP-owned Wunderman Thompson, where he served as Co-Chief Data Officer, overseeing the Data and Analytics practice. Prior to this, he was Global Head of Analytics at Publicis OneTeam, having previously worked for Razorfish as Group Director, Data Science.
In his new role, Kumar is tasked with developing Hero Digital's data and insights strategy and capabilities, and leading data strategy to help clients uncover customer experience (CX) opportunities. He will report to company President Patrick Frend, who comments: 'We welcome Arun and his talent to drive Hero Digital's analytics practice to deliver more customer loyalty and business growth to our clients. Arun's deep knowledge and expertise in leading data and analytics for many of the world's top brands will better serve our clients'.
