UK-based social media monitoring specialist Bakamo has relocated its London office to a new, larger location in Shoreditch. As part of the expansion, Research Director Dávid Gáspár has relocated from the firm's Budapest-based operations centre to lead the team in London.Bakamo uses a proprietary method called DeepScape to understand social media conversations and uncover the themes that motivate people to participate in online discussions. It also offer 'Social Schemas' solutions, which help clients define needs-based segments and identify the drivers of product choice.
Gáspár (pictured), who joined two years ago as a Social Media Analyst, worked previously at Amnesty International as Campaign Coordinator Assistant, organising campaigns, gathering data, processing statistics, and handling daily media and marketing duties. He has a Masters in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews.
