Two Senior Hires for IFF Research

In London, full-service agency IFF Research has named Voluntas co-founder Tyrone Field as its first Director of Innovation and Technology, while Tim Morrow joins as Finance Director.

IFF, which began as a B2B specialist in 1965, now boasts expertise in sectors including learning and skills; higher education; employment and benefits; financial services; professional services; and health and wellbeing. Earlier this year, the firm acquired Birmingham-based research and software customer intelligence agency Voluntas, which Field (pictured) helped set up in 2008, to provide housing landlords with tools to collect and act upon customer feedback. Until the firm's acquisition, Field used his technological expertise and experience to develop Voluntas' bespoke data collection and reporting platform, My.Research.

Morrow joins with more than twenty years' experience in financial leadership roles, and a background of helping digital and media businesses grow. He began his career as an Auditor at KPMG, before joining Haymarket Publishing as Group Management Accountant, and John Brown Media as Financial Controller. More recently he worked at creative agency network HeyHuman as Managing Partner & Finance Director; Globe Business Media Group as Chief Financial Officer; and digital and media consultancy Collected Consulting as Chief Financial Officer.
