Escalent, formerly Market Strategies International-Morpace, has appointed Nancy Arter as SVP in its Technology & Telecommunications divisions, while Keir Lococo joins as a Vice President in the Health division.The agency, which combines proprietary data capture methods and technologies with industry expertise and a visualization toolset, was formed when research firms Morpace and Market Strategies International were acquired and merged last summer by private equity firm STG (Symphony Technology Group). The merged company was rebranded in May as Escalent.
Arter joins with more than 25 years of tech and telecoms experience, most recently serving as SVP at HarrisX, having previously been a Client Business Partner at Nielsen. In her new role, she will help nurture a number of the firm's most important client relationships. Lococo worked most recently for GfK as VP Consulting - Consumer Experience, Marketing Effectiveness and Brand; having previously worked for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association as Director of Research & Analytics. At Escalent, he will lead efforts to expand the service offering and client portfolio within the health insurer sector.
