In the UK, full-service agency BMG Research has hired former ORC International exec Lee Cartwright as Employee Experience Director.Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Birmingham, BMG delivers market and employee research, customer insights and public perception surveys to both public and private sector clients. Cartwright (pictured) joins from ORC International (now Engine Group), where as Employee Insight Manager he worked on large-scale employee engagement and experience programmes across a variety of sectors. Prior to this, he was a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry in the UK, and then Middle East, advising organisations on how to design, reward, develop and motivate their workforce.
