Kantar has appointed Cam Baskey in the new role of Vice President, Client Leadership, responsible for growth in its CX and CX+ business in Canada.Baskey (pictured) brings more than 20 years of industry experience, having spent the last five at BMO Financial Group, latterly as Director, Customer Experience Insights; and the previous seven at MaritzCX in roles including VP Maritz Research Canada and Account Director at Bond Brand Loyalty (formerly Maritz Canada and Maritz Loyalty Marketing).
Kantar says the creation of the new role is 'the latest in a series of moves designed to strengthen its customer experience offer and partnerships with key CX platform providers'.
