Australian market research technology platform Glow has appointed Neil Gupta as Managing Director for the UK.Melbourne-headquartered Glow was formed in 2013 by former PricewaterhouseCoopers director Tim Clover, and provides real-time access to fourteen million people across Asia Pacific through a partnership with Dynata. Gupta (pictured) joins in London with more than two decades experience in research, operations, sales and leadership. Most recently, he worked for research tech firm Questback as Key Account Director, prior to which, he headed the Corporate Client Development team at Research Now. Earlier, he served as Senior Experience Director at MESH Planning, and he worked for Harris Interactive, NOP World, and BMRB International.
In his new role, Gupta will be responsible for Glow's operations, partnerships, team build and commercial growth in the region. Commenting on the appointment, Clover said: 'Neil's in-depth understanding of market research technology, delivering client outcomes and leading high-performing teams will allow him to bring experience to the role that few people have. He's a leader in the industry and we are very excited to have him join us during an incredible period of growth'.
