In London, Omnicom's communications planning and media buying network PHD has appointed former Wavemaker Head of Quant Louise Twycross-Lewis as Head of Insight.Twycross-Lewis (pictured) joins with a twenty-year background in media research. Most recently, she worked for WPP's content division Wavemaker, latterly as Head of Quantitative Research. She began her career at TSMS as a graduate trainee, before joining Granada as a Sales Researcher, Media Audits as a Media Analyst, Mirror Group Newspapers as Insight Executive, and then holding insight roles at IPC Media (now Time Inc.) and MEC.
In her new role, Twycross-Lewis will be responsible for designing innovative new services to help develop PHD's insight offering. She reports to PHD UK's Head of Discovery Jeremy Pounder, who comments: 'We're delighted that someone of Louise's outstanding calibre and experience has joined us to lead our Insight offering. Her reputation in the industry is second to none and she's the perfect fit for PHD's challenger ethos'.
