Sports tech data and AI business Stats Perform has appointed long-time IBM exec Nancy Hensley as Chief Product and Marketing Officer.Stats Perform collects sports data and uses AI to uncover insights for media and technology companies, betting services and to enhance team performance. In February, the company launched a multimedia tool called Opta Graphics, which uses AI-powered data and insights to produce visuals.
Hensley joins after 20 years at IBM, where she held senior roles across sales, tech, development, marketing and digital growth. She most recently served as Chief Digital Officer of IBM Data and AI; and before this she held roles including Director of Strategy and Growth at IBM Hybrid Cloud. Earlier, Hensley served as a Senior Project Manager at McDonald's, focusing on operations technology and spatial analysis for the company.
