Former dunnhumby CEO Simon Hay has been named Chief Executive Officer of retail loyalty business tcc global.The company, which operates in more than 70 countries, specialises in building loyalty platforms and campaigns which aim to 'change the way shoppers think, act and feel' - building solutions founded on 'data, insight and creativity'.
Hay (pictured) joins after serving as CEO of artificial intelligence-driven insight company Outra. Prior to this, he spent 25 years at Tesco customer data analysis firm dunnhumby, where he initially managed the Tesco relationship as Client Services Director, then led expansion in the US through a partnership with grocery retailer Kroger, before taking responsibility for the UK and Ireland business, and latterly becoming CEO in 2011.
