In India, Hansa Research has appointed former Kantar exec Piyali Chatterjee as Senior Vice President & National Head of its Customer Experience (CX) practice.Headquartered in Mumbai, Hansa Research currently conducts studies in more than 30 countries across the globe. Chatterjee (pictured) joins after more than fifteen years at Kantar, latterly as EVP, CX Domain Expert for South Asia. In this role, she helped clients design customer journeys and build customer-centric strategies.
Commenting on the appointment CEO Hansa Research Group Praveen Nijhara, who joined last year also from Kantar, said: 'Customer Experience has been gaining significance in India over the last few years and most organisations are realising the strategic importance of having CX programs within the company. I am sure our clients will benefit from the years of experience that Piyali brings with her in the area of customer experience'.
