In the US, online video ad and analytics tech firm Innovid has hired former Integral Ad Science exec Dale Older as its first Chief Product Officer. Separately, Yuval Pemper has been promoted from SVP Engineering to Chief Engineering Officer.Innovid helps clients personalize, deliver and measure ads across a broad range of digitally enabled channels, including TV, video and OOH. Last year, the company secured $30m in pre-IPO funding, for use in developing its connected TV (CTV) ad technology offer and expansion of its global footprint. Older (pictured) joins from advertising intelligence specialist Integral Ad Science (IAS), where he also served as Chief Product Officer. Prior to this he worked for AOL, latterly as VP Product Management - Data Products, having earlier been Senior Director, Mobile Product Management at AOL Platforms.
In his new role, Older will lead product strategy and innovation across Innovid's suite of solutions.
