Automotive consumer research specialist Louisa Link has joined GfK's AutoMobility team as West Coast Account Manager, servicing the firm's ongoing client relationships in the region, and identifying new and lapsed buyers.The team provides brand and attitude research among auto intenders in the US. Link joins after 23 years as Principal of her own boutique research agency, Consumer Link, consulting with clients who include major auto manufacturers such as Kia, Toyota and Honda, as well as brands in financial services, tech, retail and other industries. Earlier, she held account-facing roles at three ad agencies - DMB&B; Foote, Cone & Belding; and Hill Holliday, during which time she developed and led research programs for automotive clients, including General Motors and Infiniti.
