Kantar has promoted long-time employee Irene Joshy to Head of Creative, leading its Creative Domain in Australia. She relocates from Singapore to Melbourne to take up the post.Joshy (pictured) joins with more than eighteen years' experience across the wider Kantar group. She began her career at IMRB (now Kantar) in 2002, before moving to a consumer insights role at Colgate Palmolive, and then on to Nielsen as a Director. She then spent nearly three years as VP at TNS Global (now also part of Kantar), then she worked at TNS AsiaPac, latterly as Regional Director, leading cultural and consumer insights and spearheading the Digital Qualitative practice across the region. She began her career teaching social anthropology and social research at the University of Mumbai.
