UK-based public sector research agency BMG has appointed former NatCen exec Sarah Kitchen as Client Development Director.The firm, which applies 'cutting-edge research approaches to social research scenarios', employs more than 300 people across offices in Birmingham, Glasgow and London and works on development of solutions for customer and employee experience, public perceptions and policy, behaviour management and change and evaluation.
Kitchen (pictured) joins was Head of New Business at NatCen (the National Centre for Social Research), and has spent more than twenty years in social research and evaluation roles across a range of policy areas and methods. Earlier at NatCen she served as Senior Research Director in the Children and Young People team, evaluation initiatives such as the Free School Meals Pilot and the 16-19 Bursary Fund. In her new role she will lead BMG's new business activity and increase its focus on excellence in client and account management.
