Audience measurement firm Comscore has appointed Nielsen veteran Brian McLoughlin to lead its commercial relationship with one of its key partners, Publicis Groupe. He will be based in New York.McLoughlin (pictured) brings more than twenty years of business media and sales experience from local television stations, networks and advertising agencies. Most recently he was EVP Sales & Client Relations at audio synchronisation and audience data tech firm Tunity, where his role included contributing to new measurement development. Of the twenty years before this, he spent eighteen in two spells at Nielsen, in Account Exec and Account Director roles. He graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
