MiQ Names Global Chief Product Officer

In New York, marketing intelligence and programmatic media specialist MiQ has appointed former GroupM exec Katherine Strieder as Global Chief Product Officer.

The firm, which has offices across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, connects clients' first-party data and enhances it with second- and third-party data. It then analyses the results using data science technology and resources and uses this insight to build creative with the right messages and target it via programmatic ad campaigns.

Strieder (pictured) joins with more than two decades of experience in the AdTech industry. Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer for WPP's GroupM Data and Technology, before which she was Vice President of Product for marketing automation software firm PubMatic and for adtech firm Iponweb. Earlier, she worked for Adobe as Audience Manager, Product Lead, and for AOL as Pictela Product Director. Earlier in her career she also held senior roles at MTV Networks and DoubleClick.

In her new position, as a member of the company's newly formed Operations Board, Strieder will lead a team of product specialists spanning three continents, and will be responsible for MiQ's product 'vision' and strategy. In addition, she will focus on the firm's product innovation, technology and data partnerships.
