In London, Uncommon Creative Studio has launched a Customer Experience (CX) division called the Practice, led by former Lida CEO Jonathan Goodman.Uncommon works with clients to create and extend brands, with an offer including 3D models, content, programming and apps. The new Practice will support the studio's ability to deliver across the entire customer journey. Services range from designing data-driven customer experiences to creating digital products and services and developing entirely new CX-driven brands.
Goodman (pictured) joined last October from creative agency Lida, which he joined in 2010 as Managing Partner - he later served as MD in London, and then set up the New York office. Before this he was a Senior Account Director at DigitasLBi customer engagement agency Kitcatt Nohr, and he held senior roles at Wunderman and direct and digital marketing specialist Anderson Hearn Keene.
Commenting on the launch, Goodman said: 'Founding our experience practice is a once in a lifetime opportunity. The over industrialisation of CX has turned it into an efficiency production line for too many brands - delivering formulaic, frictionless, forgettable experiences. We're looking forward to going beyond bland best practice and creating Uncommon moments of impact for our clients'.
