In South Africa, full-service agency BMi Research has promoted Jenni-Ruth Coggin to Chief Executive Officer and Cindi Collett to Chief Operating Officer.Randburg, Gauteng-based BMi specialises in consumer behaviour and business insights, pricing intelligence, and revenue growth management. Earlier this year, the firm launched a CX Online mystery shopping solution, which measures online customers' overall experience including the online shopping experience, the transaction process and the delivery experience.
Coggin joined the company as a Key Account Manager at the beginning of last year, and more recently served as General Manager. She previously spent sixteen years at Kantar, latterly as Project Implementation Director in Cape Town, and earlier in various positions over a long spell at Kantar Millward Brown. In her new role, Coggin replaces Kevin Kruger who served as CEO for the past two years and previously spent nearly a decade at IRI, latterly as MD in Johannesburg. Coggin comments: 'I'm very excited to be taking over from Kevin as CEO. Collett moves into the COO role after ten years at BMi, most recently as General Manager in the Pricing Intelligence & Revenue Growth Management division, and earlier as Sales Manager.
