In the US, ad and innovation testing platform Zappi has appointed Lindsey Gladden as Senior Product Manager, responsible for guiding the direction of its Shopper Insights division and designing solutions to help companies create better shopping experiences.Zappi builds insights solutions in partnership with brands to help companies answer business questions, learn more about their consumers and launch ads and innovation. Gladden (pictured) joins from multinational soft drink company Keurig Dr Pepper, where as Consumer & Innovation Insights Manager, she helped launch ad campaigns as well as innovations such as Dr Pepper and Cream Soda and Dr Pepper Zero Sugar. She has also held roles at PepsiCo, including Manager, Shopper Behavior - DX Shopper Insights, and led business-wide research and strategy learning for all North American business units. Earlier, she was a Senior MR Consultant at Verizon, Shopper Insights Manager at Oracle, and Assistant RE at Kantar Millward Brown.
