In the Netherlands, full-service agency DVJ Insights has appointed Nicole Engels as Center of Expertise Director, leading a group which comprises its Innovation LAB, Science & Analytics team and Marketing Communications team.DVJ, which also has offices in London and Hamburg, helps clients improve communications, build brands, launch more innovative products and services, and understand consumer buying behaviour. Engels (pictured) joins from public broadcaster NPO, where she served as Manager of Audience Surveys and Market Research. Before this she was Director of the Dutch Nationaal Luister Onderzoek (the Netherlands National Listening Survey) and Research Director at Ster, which sells ads on TV channels, radio stations and web sites of the public broadcaster.
In her new role, she reports to MD Marieke van Echtelt, who comments: 'To be ready for the future, it is important to have the right people on board who can support the various teams. With Nicole joining the team, we can better facilitate the continuous innovation of our services and thus underline DVJ's sustainable competitive advantage'.
