Connected TV ad delivery and measurement platform Innovid has expanded to China, where it has appointed former Google/Publicis exec David Chen as Executive Director.
Innovid helps clients deliver personalized ads across a broad range of digitally enabled channels, including TV, video and OOH - and measure their impact. According to the company, the investment in China further expands its global CTV and measurement footprint ahead of its forthcoming public offering.
Chen (pictured) joins from martech firm Maxbit, where he served as Managing Partner and CEO, prior to which he was MD for Publicis Media in China, after six years at Google, latterly as Country Manager, Media & Platforms. Earlier, he worked for DoubleClick as Senior Solutions Consultant. In his new role, Chen will lead the company's local strategy and support global clients operating campaigns in the market.
