Data-driven CXM and marketing firm Merkle has appointed Floris Oranje as UK Salesforce Practice Lead, and head of parent company dentsu's CXM Service Line in the country.
dentsu has more than 1,300 Salesforce trained staff and over 2,000 Salesforce certifications, providing customer experience transformation solutions in line with Salesforce cloud capabilities. Oranje was previously Salesforce practice lead at BluprintX, responsible for helping B2B clients achieve growth from their Salesforce solutions. Earlier he worked as MD Digital marketing for Dept Agency, founding and building its Marketing Automation division, and leading teams designing and delivering omnichannel strategies on platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
