In New York, Interpublic-owned marcoms agency network Weber Shandwick has appointed Ridhi Malhotra as Global Head of Analytics and Intelligence.
Malhotra (pictured) joins after five years at Publics Media's Zenith, where she was EVP of Analytics, overseeing the agency's data governance, advanced analytics, intelligence and applied behavioral science practice. Prior to this she worked at WPP-owned analytics consultancy Gain Theory, leading development of attribution products; and WPP's GroupM as Senior Manager, heading a statistical methods insights team.
In her new role, Malhotra will lead the Global Analytics + Intelligence unit, and is tasked with further embedding analytics into the firm's client solutions.
