Canada-based customer intelligence specialist Alida has appointed Nick Morley as Executive Vice President, EMEA, and promoted Brad Stanghetta to Executive Vice President, Americas.
Formerly known as Vision Critical, Alida launched the 'world's first' combined customer experience management (CXM) and insights platform in 2020, and now describes its offer as Total Experience Management (TXM). Morley joins from digital media measurement firm Integral Ad Science, where he served as MD, having previously held senior leadership positions at Intent Media,Adobe, and Efficient Frontier.
Stanghetta joined the business in 2017 after a decade at Xerox. Most recently, he was Alida's SVP of Sales, and during his time with the company he has led the Global Business Development, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Direct Sales departments. Together, Morley and Stanghetta will join Steven Medeiros, SVP & General Manager, Asia Pacific & Japan, in leading Alida's sales teams across the globe.
