Sho Pogoni has returned to Auckland, NZ-based customer intelligence agency Perceptive as Data Science Team Lead, tasked with providing data science as a supplementary service for other teams (CX and Research), and as a standalone service for bespoke client projects.
Perceptive provides research and data-driven marketing strategies to clients across New Zealand, Australia and other global markets. Pogoni (pictured) re-joins after a stint at bank and financial services provider Westpac NZ, where he served as Consumer Portfolio and Performance Analyst. Prior to this he spent more than three years at Perceptive as a Data Scientist, after working with the same title at Heartland Bank.
MD Daniel Shaw comments: 'Perceptive is currently undergoing a considerable amount of transformation, and it's exciting to welcome senior talent back during a time of growth and ingenuity within the team. Sho is someone we've always admired as he continually looks for the best strategic outcomes in data science and analysis of campaign performance. With experience across banking, tech and agency, his talent will strengthen our teams' capabilities tenfold'.
