Independent social and market research agency IFF Research has made two dozen promotions - equivalent to 20% of its team - following 18% revenue growth in 2021-2.
IFF was established as a b2b research specialist in 1965, and now provides insight to the private, public and voluntary sectors, focused around eight verticals: Business and Enterprise; Energy and Environment; Higher Education; Financial Services; Housing; Learning & Skills; Regulation; and Work, Welfare and Wellbeing. The firm was listed as the 4th fastest growing agency in the MRS league tables in 2021, and achieved a revenue of £14.9m in 2021/22.
The 24 promotions include seven to Associate Director and five to Director, giving the agency a strengthened senior team. The latter are Jessica Huntley Hewitt and Aoife Ni Luanaigh to Research Director roles, Gill Stewart to Learning & Development Director, Hannah Dunn to People Director and Sara Fernie-Jones to Marketing Director.
