In the US, insight-driven digital experience consultancy Bounteous has appointed futurist and trend forecaster Jon Reily to lead its Commerce Thought Leadership and Strategy team.
Bounteous helps clients via 'co-innovation' with strategy, experience design, technology, analytics and insight, and marketing. Reily joins as Vice President of the Commerce Center of Excellence, with 25 years of experience. Most recently he was President and Chief Strategist at Dentsu Commerce, before which he served as VP, Global Head of Commerce at Publicis Sapient. Earlier he was Head of User Experience and eCommerce Design for Amazon Devices, where he was credited with having re-designed how Amazon sold and marketed its first-party manufactured devices, such as Kindle Fire and FireTV.
In his new role, Reily will help deliver commerce experiences for both B2B and B2C companies.
