Ipsos has appointed Dr Jessica Ozan as the new Head of Education, Children and Families (ECF) within its Public Affairs division.
Ozan brings more than fifteen years' experience leading evaluation and research projects focusing on children and families for governments and third sector organisations in the UK, Ireland, France and the EU, and joins from the Policy Evaluation and Research Unit at Manchester Metropolitan University.
An advocate for child-centric approaches, she established Children Advisory Groups as part of a number of international studies; and led the establishment of the first pan-European longitudinal survey measuring child and youth well-being. A Doctoral Fellow for the UNESCO Child and Family Research Centre, she is also a member of the UK Evaluation Society Council, where she leads the ethics group.
