Innovation Consultancy ReD Names Global Managing Partner

In Copenhagen, innovation and strategy consultancy ReD Associates has promoted Mads Holme to the position of Global Managing Partner. He takes over from Millie Arora, who is staying on at ReD as a Partner, and has re-located to the west coast.

ReD Associates, which also has offices in New York and Paris, specialises in applying human sciences such as anthropology, sociology, behavioural economics and philosophy to solving complex business challenges for multinational brands and organisations. Holme (pictured) joined more than sixteen years ago as a Consultant, and has most recently been a Partner. Prior to this, he worked for the Google Food Lab in a position which involved 'reimagining the shape and future of food'. In addition, he serves as an Advisor to the MAD Foundation, created to inspire and enable cooks, servers, and diners to create sustainable change.

Commenting on the promotion, Filip Lau, a Partner and co-founder of ReD Associates, said: 'Mads leadership, drive for growth, and deep understanding of how the social sciences influence business decision-making, makes him the perfect person to represent ReD as an organization going forward.'
