Merkle Names China CEO

Customer experience management firm Merkle has appointed former Accenture exec Hawk Liu as its Chief Executive in China, leading growth, performance and greater integration across its CX consulting, data science, digital transformation, loyalty marketing and B2B services.

Dentsu-owned Merkle specializes in delivering personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. Liu (pictured) joins with more than 22 years' experience delivering digital transformation at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Dell, Capgemini and IBM. Most recently, he was MD of Accenture China, leading the digital transformation practice for clients, before which he was a Partner at Deloitte, MD at Dell Consulting Technologies, and a Senior Manager at Capgemini.
