Firefish Hires US Head of Quant

Strategic insight consultancy Firefish has appointed former Hall & Partners Rich Fryzel as Head of Quant for its US business, based in its Brooklyn, NY office.

After a brief stint at Ipsos, Fryzel (pictured) rose through the ranks from Account Executive to Partner during nearly fifteen years at brand research group Hall & Partners, latterly focusing on ensuring quality of work, design and storytelling across integrated studies, while also maintaining teams, leading key accounts, developing new offerings and delivering cross-method project plans. He has a particular passion for custom segmentation and strategic analytics.

The group launched as a qual agency in London in 2000, and added quant division TheNumbersLab a decade later. It also boasts a kids and family specialist, the Pineapple Lounge and an in-house insight films specialist, Firefilms. In February, the New York office was strengthened with the appointment of Geri Jacobs as Senior Director.
