Consumer data company Pureprofile has hired former Maru Group exec Shelley Barber as Business Development Director in the UK.
Pureprofile collects consumers' profile data in exchange for rewards, and offers ad targeting, content strategy and research panel services. Its Pure.amplify business undertakes proprietary market research and customer journey mapping, to develop strategies for programmatic advertising, media buying and audience insights. Existing offices are in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as in North America, Europe and APAC.
Barber (pictured) joins from tech-enabled MR and customer insights firm Maru Group, where she was an AD. Prior to this she was Head of Business at market research panel company MIS Group, responsible for quant and qual research solutions, and heading up strategy and business operations for the UK.
In her new position, Barber will support growth strategy for the EMEA region, expanding its portfolio of UK clients and driving business performance. Tim Potter, MD for the UK/EU & US business, comments: 'Shelley's extensive experience in cultivating client relationships for long term success will make her a valuable asset to our team. I'm confident that Shelley will continue building on the momentum that we have seen over the past year. We have huge growth opportunities for Pureprofile in the UK and are excited to have Shelley on this journey with us'.
