US-based PeopleMetrics, which provides software and consulting services for transforming customer experience programs, has appointed Richard Vanderveer, PhD as Chief Insight Officer, Physician CX.
The company was founded in 2001 by current CEO, Dr. Sean McDade, provides customer experience research, software and consulting services. In December it announced it would acquire the assets, people and client contracts of full service agency the Center for Strategy Research (CSR).
Vanderveer (pictured) brings more than 40 years of experience in studying the psychology of the physician, and has founded a number of market research firms serving the pharmaceutical industry. In his new role he will help expand PeopleMetrics' growing Pharma CX practice.
McDade says of the new arrival: 'Richard knows physician psychology like no other. With his unique ability to understand physicians and how they want to interact with pharma, there is no one on the planet more qualified to help pharma create better experiences for physicians.
