In London, insight consultancy Firefish has appointed former Flamingo exec Joella Vera Bril as a Director, combing human insight and cultural strategy to help clients answer business and brand challenges.
Firefish was founded as a qual agency in London in 2000, then added quant division TheNumbersLab a decade later. It also owns a kids and family specialist, The Pineapple Lounge, and an in-house insight films specialist, Firefilms. More recently, the company launched a healthcare division, Firefish Healthcare.
Bril (pictured) joins after more than three years at consumer and cultural insight agency Flamingo, latterly as a Senior Strategist. Before this she worked for insight and innovation agency Brand Genetics as Senior Consultant: Insight and Innovation; and she was a researcher at boutique creative consultancy MAD London.
In her new role, Bril will also help clients with their brand repositioning initiatives.
