US-based customer engagement software and services firm Khoros has promoted Chris Tranquill to the role of Chief Executive, succeeding Jack Blaha, who now serves as a Senior Advisor to the company.
Khoros' platform helps connect every area of customer engagement, including digital contact centers, messaging, chat, online brand communities, customer experience (CX) analytics, and social media management. Tranquill (pictured) takes up his new position after 25 years in the CX sector. Most recently he was Khoros' Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for product strategy and business development; and before this he co-founded omnichannel CX analytics solution Topbox, acquired by Khoros in 2020.
He takes over from Blaha, who joined as Khoros's CEO in 2019 and comments: 'It's been a privilege to lead Khoros through three transformative years and be a part of an incredibly talented team. Over the last twelve months, I've worked closely with Chris and am confident in his ability and leadership to take the organization to the next level. Khoros is a clear leader in the customer engagement market, and I look forward to seeing the team's continued success in the future'.
