Three Join London's Irrational Agency

In London, behavioural research consultancy Irrational Agency has appointed Adam Warner as Head of Marketing, Lilla Magony as Associate Research Director and Francis Raho-Jeavons as a Senior Research Executive.

Lilla Magony and Adam WarnerThe ten-year-old company uses a suite of proprietary behavioural research tools and techniques combining qual detail and quant speed and including narrative research, System 3, and behavioural conjoint.

Magony (pictured top) joins the agency's quant team with more than fifteen years' experience in data and insights roles, most recently from System1 where she was Client Director; and previously from firms including ad agencies McCann, DDB and Innocean. She holds an MSc in behavioural economics.

Warner (pictured below) brings ten years plus of experience in marketing roles in the sector including roles at Keen as Mustard Marketing, ESOMAR, and most recently BritainThinks where he was Marketing Manager. The firm says his arrival aims to build on significant growth in the last two years, and support it in the next stages of international expansion.

Raho-Jeavons worked previously at Verve, and has recently completed an MSc in behavioural science.
