Experience management platform Qualtrics has given Robin Manherz, SAP Chief Operating Officer for Customer Success, a seat on its Board of Directors. She replaces retiring member DJ Paoni, who is currently SAP's President, North America.
Majority-owned by SAP, Qualtrics delivers solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences', with product groups CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, ProductXM and BrandXM. Earlier this year, the firm launched a suite called XM Discover, to gather experience data from structured and unstructured sources, analyze it with machine learning software, and take action to deliver better experiences in all four areas.
Manherz (pictured) joined SAP in 2007, and has since held a number of leadership positions, contributing to investment strategy, portfolio planning, finance and sales operations, among other key areas. Before her current role she served as EVP and Chief Performance Officer, responsible for operationalizing SAP's strategy; COO, SuccessFactors, SAP's human capital management solution, leading day-to-day operations; and SVP, Global Commercial Operations, with a 250+ global team.
Prior to joining SAP, Manherz held professional and leadership positions at JDEdwards and QAD.
