Retargeting technology provider RTB House, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, has appointed Jaysen Gillespie as Head of Analytics and Data Science.
The company offers technology through which any online store, brand or manufacturer can profile e-shoppers and run campaigns with personalized messages. Its team comprises more than 750 execs in 30 plus locations across the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions.
Gillespie (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' experience. Most recently, he was Head of Analytics & Data Science at shopping rewards app Shopkick, overseeing all strategic and tactical aspects of data and analytics. Earlier he spent eight years at ad targeting and retargeting specialist Criteo as VP, and Head of Analytics and Data Science.
