Expansion for Boxclever

Full service UK agency Boxclever has announced four senior hires: Alice Hesmondhalgh as Office and Events Manager; Tom Dreaves as Quant Research Director; Beth Metcalfe as a Qual Research Director; and Lauren Skardon as an Analytics Research Director.

Hesmondhalgh brings a degree and background in events management, and more than ten years of experience in marketing within the agency sphere, including work in the pharmaceutical, retail, FMCG and financial sectors. Most recently she spent five years at Fusion Learning Ltd.

Dreaves arrives with more than fifteen years' experience from small and large agencies: he worked at Join The Dots (JTD) for seven years from 2013, in RM and Research Director roles, then for communities specialist InSites Consulting after its acquisition of JTD in 2020. Earlier he spent nearly six years at Curiosity Research and four at RSA. He has broad cross sector experience with a particular specialism around financial services.

Metcalfe, another former JTD employee, brings more than a decade of qual experience, in particular delivering international consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical research. She rose from RE to AD over six years at the company prior to the acquisition, and subsequently as a Research Director at InSites.

Skardon's background is in quant, survey design and programming, including advanced analytics methodologies, data visualization and automation. She has worked in Consultant and AD roles at Savanta for the past three and a half years, and earlier served as Operations Manager and as an Analyst at b2b specialist Circle Research.
