Gongos Promotes for VP Health Care Role

US-based 'customer-centric' insights specialist Gongos has promoted Meaghan Hafner to Vice President, Health Care.

Gongos says it 'operationalizes customer centricity' by helping businesses understand and activate on customer needs. The firm was acquired in January this year by online communities specialist InSites Consulting.

Hafner has been with the company for eight years, guiding and managing teams focused on serving health insurance, hospital, and health care industry clients; and on expanding the company's reach into emerging and evolving health care sectors including retail, direct-to-consumer, health technology, medical devices and wellness. Before joining Gongos she spent a dozen years as a market research consultant, project manager and health care policy analyst, including spells at Morpace and market Strategies International. She holds a B.A. in Political Science & Communication Studies, and a Master of Public Policy from The Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, both at the University of Michigan.
